Welcome to PATMOS ChoRun 2026! A unique running experience on the beautiful island of Patmos, combining sport with the unparalleled beauty of the Aegean landscape. Our races will take place on Sunday, September 13, 2026, and are open to runners of all levels, from experienced athletes to young children and families who wish to enjoy running or brisk walking.

Ηalf Marathon (21 km)

A demanding yet breathtaking route that crosses the northern and central parts of the island, offering stunning scenery before finishing in Chora. The race starts at 08:00 AM from Panagia Geranou, with free bus transportation provided for all runners. The finish line will be located at Xanthou Square, in front of the Patmos Town Hall in Chora. Participation is open to adults aged 18 and over (born in 2008 or earlier). The maximum race completion time is 180 minutes. Entry Fee: 20€

5 km Road Race

An ideal circular route for runners who enjoy middle-distance races, passing through the picturesque alleys, the Monastery of Saint John the Theologian, and the historic landmarks of Chora. Both the start and finish lines are located at Xanthou Square, with the race beginning at 11:00 AM. Participation is open to runners aged 12 and over (born in 2014 or earlier). The maximum race completion time is 50 minutes. Entry Fee: 15€

Children's Race & Family Run (1 km

A true celebration of sport for our youngest participants and their families, featuring a safe and easy circular route around the center of Chora. The race starts at 12:00 PM, with both the start and finish lines located at Xanthou Square. The Children's Race is open to children aged 9–11 years old (born between 2015 and 2017) and is free of charge. The Family Run is open to parents and children born in 2018 or later. Family Run Entry Fee: 10€

For all participants in these events, the maximum completion time is 20 minutes.
